‚ÄčThe Imagineering Fair at the Royal Bath & West Show, in Shepton Mallet, Somerset was another resounding success for the Imagineering team and all the participating companies.

It was received the Gold Award for Best Non-Agricultural Trade Show (over 12m frontage) - a testament to the fantastic stands laid on by assorted blue chip companies and colleges, all offering fun activities and engagement for youngsters. Thousands of children had a terrific time - with fun, high-tech activities as well as the chance to learn practical skills. Opportunities for make-and-take and simulators all attracted plenty of attention.

The Royal Bath & West Society President, Sir John Cave, paid a visit with his wife - and later was effusive in his praise for Imagineering at a special evening Reception.

A team from Rolls-Royce won the Imagineering Team Challenge Trophy - hotly contested but all the teams seemed to have fun!

This was the 16th Imagineering Fair at this annual Show and visitor numbers through the doors were 22977 - the marquee was busy!

Another successful event made possible by all the participating organisations and generous support of the Royal Bath & West Society.
