Imagineering took the show on the road to the annual three-day London Model Engineering Exhibition, organised by Meridienne Exhibitions int he impressive Great Hall at the equally impressive Alexandra Palace.

This is a regular gig for Imagineering and the team took some new activities - including Meccano model building, Bridge Building and Balloon Buggy Racing - as well as regular Magnet, Materials and Conductivity Challenges. The stand promoted the Imagineering Clubs activities as usual and there was also an opportunity for youngsters to have a go at -make-and-take on the Imagineering Workshop where they could also learn about using tools. Great fun was had by all ages!

There event was busy, and although aimed at the ‘mature’ and seasoned expert model-builder, also offers inspiration for would-be modellers and engineers of the future. There was much to aspire to with breath-taking models created by dedicated enthusiasts.
