‚ÄčIn 2020 Imagineering will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of its foundation by a number of enthusiastic, like-minded Midlands engineers, many of whom are still involved with the education charity.

It is already planning to attend a number of public and school events throughout the year, as usual.

So far plans are well ahead for:

LONDON MODEL ENGINEERING EXHIBITION, Alexandra Palace - 17 - 19 January 2020 It has been attending this fun for model-makers, engineers and future engineers for over 15 years. It will be providing fun STEM activities for all ages in the Model Active Zone in the Great Hall. https://bit.ly/2FI2xu8

MACH 2020 - 20-24 April - NEC, Birmingham Imagineering will be located in the Education Zone at this major biennial international exhibition, organised by the Manufacturing Technologies Association. MACH is the platform to connect UK manufacturing engineers, decision makers, buyers and specifiers with suppliers of new technology, equipment, services and processes. Imagineering will be highlighting benefits and opportunities for companies and other organisations to get involved with Imagineering, through schools, on a regular basis. https://bit.ly/30ammn8

IMAGINEERING FAIR, Royal Bath & West Show, Shepton Mallet, Somerset - 28-30 May 2020 This will be the eighteenth year that Imagineering has held this special event at the popular regional show and it now regularly attracts 20,000 visitors through the marquee. Many companies have been attending and supporting the event for over 10-15 years and two of the original companies, Rolls-Royce and Leonardo UK (Agusta Westland as it was) are still major sponsors. Imagineering provides a platform for the organisations - which also include EDF Energy, GE Aviation, IET, BMT, Wessex Water, a number of colleges and of this year DSTL and the Royal Navy - to provide a wide range of hands-on STEM activities for youngsters of all ages, demonstrating their own industries and highlighting career opportunities. https://bit.ly/36UZ6MJ
