Imagineering Hon Secretary dies after battle with cancer
It is with great sadness that we report the death of Dr Alastair Graham Bryce, Hon Secretary and Trustee of the Imagineering Foundation. He passed away on 23 March 2012 after a brave battle with cancer. He was 76.
He was one of the founders of Imagineering and a key person in its development, in particular the Imagineering Clubs. His indefatigable energy, infectious enthusiasm and wise counsel will be sorely missed. The Imagineering team will continue his legacy, bringing the inspiration of Imagineering to even more young people around the UK - just as he would have wished.

My name’s Eleanor and Alastair inspired me to join my school’s Imagineering club-and I love going to it. I didn’t know Alastair was ill until a few weeks before he passed away, as he always put on a brave face. Sadly, he died on the same day my Imagineering group and I went to Gaydon to see the Land Rover factory-a trip he had arranged for us. Me and my Imagineering group at Rugby High School will sorely miss him, and we wish his family the best. Thank you Alastair for all you have done!
