PUPILS AT MYTON SCHOOL, WARWICK HAVE FUN WITH IMAGINEERING

From Wind Turbines to Go-Karts!

Pupils at Myton School in Warwick have great fun every week in their Imagineering Club, run by volunteer engineer tutor David Bray, that has been running at the school for some time. And they were busy working away during STEM Week too.

Year 8 pupils in the Inter-Engineering Club were busy finishing off their Wind Turbines this week, before they moved onto Bridges.

And in the room next door Year 10 pupils were busy putting together a 'Slalom Car' go-kart type vehicle, from spare parts and recycled materials, using skills they had learned in previous year in the Club. The inaugural run is awaited with much excitement! From design to construction, the pupils have used their imaginations, skills and enthusiasm - all learned in the Inter-Engineering Club.
